Your cooperation helps us maintain a tranquil atmosphere where you can fully unwind and embrace your pampering journey.

Spa Etiquette

ALL APPOINTMENTS

  • Please check in at our reception area, located on the 2nd floor within the foyer of the salon. Let us know you have arrived for your appointment and what you would like to drink from our cafe, then feel free to relax!

  • Check-ins

    • For first-time clients, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork.
    • Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to ensure our therapists can remain on schedule for the next guest.
  • A credit card deposit is required for all spa parties and multiple service bookings.

  • Cancellations and no-shows

    • To avoid charges, we kindly request you honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments and 48 hours for all other bookings.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a credit card or gift certificate fee equal to 50% of the booked service or package.
  • Running late is only human…but please be courteous and let us know.

  • Tipping – Not required but greatly appreciated. 15-20% is customary and can be left with the front desk. We thank you!

  • Please turn off your ringer/cell phone. We respect your relaxation…please respect others!
